Skierowanie nie jest wymagane do większości badań. Wyjątek stanowią badania rezonansem magnetycznym jamy brzusznej z kontrastem oraz badanie stawów skroniowo-żuchwowych – do tych badań wymagane jest posiadanie skierowania od lekarza.
Badanie bez podania środka kontrastowego nie wymaga specjalnego przygotowania. Należy pamiętać o ubraniu rzeczy bez elementów metalowych i użyciu jak najmniejszej ilości makijażu i lakieru do włosów.
Badanie rezonansem magnetycznym z podaniem środka kontrastowego nie wymaga bycia na czczo, z wyjątkiem: badań prostaty i miednicy – pacjent pozostaje 3h na czczo, a w przypadku badań jamy brzusznej i cholangiografii – pacjent pozostaje 5h godzin na czczo w dniu badania. Można pić wodę niegazowaną. U osób z zaburzeniami czynności nerek wymagane jest posiadanie ważnego wyniku kreatyniny z surowicy krwi (nie starszy niż 14 dni).
Prosimy o przybycie 30 min przed badaniem oraz zabranie ze sobą wcześniejszej dokumentacji medycznej dotyczącej badanej okolicy (płyty DVD/CD wraz z opisami).
Informujemy, że pacjent ma prawo do niewyrażenia zgody na podanie środka kontrastującego, tym samym obniżając wartość diagnostyczną badania. O podaniu kontrastu decyduje lekarz radiolog nadzorujący badanie na terenie placówki MEDflow.
